The Game of this quality with no crowd seems very surreal.

Luckily, the players brought a little more motivation than in the previous game, which adds a vivid feeling to this match. Delightful!

They started off with plenty of caution. The Both teams. Well, maybe with the exception of Manuel Neuer with his panache.

The first clear-cut chance fell into Bayern Munich’s path. Coman’s cross was met by Serge Gnabry, only cleared on the line by Lucask Piszczek.

Until 25th minute, Bayern possessed the ball fairly better, although not dominating. But surely they created more chances.

In the second quarter, Borussia Dortmund showed their flourishing movements and got close to the opposite goal, yet couldn’t be very clinical.

Then, as it has been for a while, Dortmund got a bit complacent, and lost the second ball repeatedly.

Bang, Joshua Kimmich happened. A loose ball came to his feet and he looped it over Roman Burki from about 25 yard away.

Half time, Bayern 1-0.

Jadon Sancho Stepped in from the beginning of the second half.

Bayern dominated the game for the first 10 minutes. Again, Bayern grabbed the first chance taken by Leon Goretzka but palmed away by Roman Burki.

Dortmund also got their first chance in the second half. Erling Haaland struck well but the shot was deflected away from Jerome Boateng, more specifically seemingly his left arm. However, a penalty wasn’t given, or not even considered; the official didn’t even check the VAR.

Well, then the game practically over after the chance of Dortmund. Bayern, since then, tightened and compacted their structure, leaving less space in their half. Dortmund got more possession, but they couldn’t create any chances, especially clear-cut ones afterwards.

The final whistle blew. The crown is now surely on Bayern’s path once again like the last 7 years. Tough luck for their arch-rival, but so it seems.

One thing is certain, though. Players play and shout so enthusiastically without any disturbing noise from the crowd and this reminds me of my practicing baseball and football at my younger age. My ancient memory, so long.
